重整反应器是重整装置的关键设备,在生产运行过程中发生故障或装置停产检修后,对反应器内的催化剂进行装卸剂工作是重整装置一项常规作业活动,针对重整反应器检修后,进行装剂作业过程中,反应器内发生闪爆事故,导致设备内件损坏,分析发生事故的原因,提出控制和防止发生事故的措施。

Reforming reactor was the key equipment in the reforming unit. During production running shuttled for maintenance, it was a routine work to load and unload the catalyst in the reactor for the reforming or the unit unit. After repairing the reforming reactor, when loading the catalyst, flash - explosion occurred in it, it leaded to damage of the in- ternal parts. The cause of the accident and the measures of how to control and avoid it were proposed.
