不锈钢在PTA装置中的腐蚀研究

摘要 通过对316L、317L、2205、904四种不锈钢的现场腐蚀挂片试验,利用失重分析、表面腐蚀分析和成分分析等,研究不锈钢在现场PTA装置中不同位置的腐蚀特点和腐蚀规律。结果表明,不锈钢在液相介质中腐蚀速率比气相介质中的腐蚀速率快;在液相介质中有溴元素存在时,试样发生明显点蚀,腐蚀比较严重。 Through the study of corrosion coupon test, the corrosion characteristics and rules of 316L, 317L, 2205 and 904 four kinds of stainless steel were researched by using weight loss analysis, image processing, section analysis, and so on. The results showed that the corrosion rate of stainless steel in the liquid medium was faster than that of the gas phase medium. The corrosion of stainless steel mainly presented pitting corrosion character in the liquid medium with bromine, which led to the severe corrosion of the sample.
