化学师范生说课技能培训探究

Study of Normal Students Majored in Chemistry of Speaking Skills Training

针对我院化学师范生说课的现状,通过理论课讲授结合播放优秀说课视频、组织和指导学生说课、请专业教师开设说课讲座、学生自主性进行反复的强化训练、组织说课竞赛等一系列说课技能培训,以提高师范生说课技能和教育教学能力。

The teaching situation of the normal students majored in chemistry of speaking lessons was investigated. A series of speaking skills training on the base of related teaching theories were carried out in order to improve the students＇ speaking skills and teaching ability, such as watching good practice videos, guiding the students to practice, inviting professional teachers to have teaching lectures, encouraging students actively to repeat practice, organizing intensive training＂ competitions, etc.
