摘要
分析了变压器剩磁的产生机理以及剩磁对设备运行的危害,根据其特点设计了一套基于工控组态软件MCGS的变压器消磁系统。通过实际试验对该消磁系统的消磁效果进行了验证,结果证明该系统有效消除了剩磁给变压器的保护装置以及一次设备带来的不利影响,避免了变压器成为电网中的谐波源,提高了供电系统的供电质量。
Analysis was made to the generation mechanism of transformer residual magnetism and the harm of residual magnetism to the operation of equipment and according to its features, a set of transformer degaussing system based on manual controlled group software (MCGS) was designed. The practical test carried out verification for degaussing effect of the degaussing system. The result shows that the system has effectively eliminated unfavorable impacts of residual magnetism on protection device of transformer and equipment at primary side, which avoided transformers becoming harmonic sources in the grid and raised power supply quality of power supply system.
