常规岛就地回路调节系统的维护与持续改进

Maintenance and amelioration of local loop control system

本文对秦山第二核电厂1、2号机组常规岛就地用于疏水水位、EH油温、润滑油温、轴封压力以及发电机氢温、水温、油温等控制的回路调节系统改造工作进行回顾,结合现场情况,针对系统运行中出现的缺陷,总结维护消缺和持续性改进工作中的成功经验,以期对后续的检修维护和系统改进、控制优化等工作提供借鉴和良好思路,保证系统和机组的良好稳定运行。

This paper reviews alterations of drainer lever, EH oil temperature,lubricating oil temperature,bearing sealant pressure,generator＇s H2 temperature,liquid temperature,oil temperature in Qinshan Plant II unit 1 and unit 2.Based on the shortages occurred during the fuel cycle,this paper gains experience from maintenance and amelioration.It＇s beneficial to the work subsequent in order to ensure the plant running in good condition.
