摘要
本文论述了一种冶炼产高钴渣浸出钴、锌、铁、锰的实验研究,该试验采用还原剂酸浸,通过考察酸度、还原剂加入量、时间等因素对金属浸出率的影响,最终确定浸出条件为:浸出温度85℃,pH值1~1.5,亚硫酸钠加入量为1.2倍理论量,时间2h。
Test was conducted on leaching of cobalt, zinc, iron, manganese from slag from smelting process. The test adopted reductant acid leaching, and by examining impacts to metal leaching rates by factors of the acidity, addition of reducing agent, and period, added such as the amount of time ultimately the leaching conditions were determined: leaching temperature of 85 ℃, pH value of 1 - 1.5, sodium sulfite amount of 1.2 times of the theoretical amount and leaching period of 2h.
