摘要
激光测速仪在冷轧轧机稳定轧制过程中起着关键作用,尤其在轧制薄规格带钢的时候,测速仪直接参与秒流量自动厚度控制。测速仪的使用以及测量数据的准确与否,直接影响秒流量自动厚度控制精度,对产品的质量产生重大的影响。
Laser velocity gauge plays an important role in rolling process of tandem cold mill in JISCO, especially in the rolling of thin gauge sheet product when the laser velocity gauge is directly used for mass and gauge control. The figures from the laser velocity gauge measurement directly influence the accuracy of mass and gauge control, and haves severe in- fluence on products.
