In the traditional process of wet corn germ cyclone, the different classification processes affect the classification efficiency, thus affecting the high extraction rate. By introducing the basic structure and working principle of the germ cyclone, the germ cyclone classification process and efficiency of classification were selectively analysed, and then the best germ cyclone classification process and application range were put forward.
