摘要
枸杞多糖是从枸杞中提取而得到的水溶性多糖,为枸杞中的主要有效成分,具有丰富的生物学功能,发展前景广阔。通过介绍国内外枸杞多糖提取工艺的研究进展,展望了枸杞多糖的发展趋势,为后续研究做基础。
Lycium barbarum polysaccharide (LBP) as watersoluble polysaccharide, isolated and extracted from dried Lycium barbarum fruits, is the main effective components of Lycium barbarum. LBP possesses a large variety of physiological activities and alluring application prospects. The progression of recent domestic and international research results on the extraction technology of LBP were summarized. Finally, the prospection of the Lycium barbarum polysaccharides was visualized.
