城乡一体化发展战略批判——以徐州城郊朱窝村为例

Critique of the Urban-rural Integration Development Strategy——With Zhuwo Village in the Suburbs of Xuzhou City as an Example

中国近十年的城镇化发展路径从大都市化、新农村建设到新型城镇化发展,归根结底是要实现更大范围内的将农业人口逐渐转变为非农业人口,将农业型居住社区转变为城市化居住社区,从而实现均衡化格局的城乡一体化发展形态。徐州市城乡一体化进程中的城郊化发展,虽然从就业上实现了非农化转变,但居住形态的城市化社区模式,还需更好的策略推进。

From building large cities,new rural building to the new-type urbanization,the development route of Chinese urbanization in the recent decade,in the final analysis,is to gradually shift agricultural population as non-agricultural population in a broader scope and transfer agricultural residential communities into urbanized residential communities and thus realize a balanced urban-rural integrative development.Suburbanization development in the urban-rural integration process of Xuzhou City,though promoted the nonagriculturalization transfer from the employment aspect,the urbanized community model is still waiting for the driving of better strategies.
