论历史建筑保护与利用的科学性与创新性——以上海市朱家角古镇“水乐堂”为例

On the Scientificalness and Innovativeness of the Protection and Utilization of Historical Buildings——With‘Shuile Hall’at Zhujiajiao the Ancient Town in Shanghai as an Example

2008年7月1日实施的《历史文化名城名镇名村保护条例》提出了历史建筑的法定定义,给文物保护单位提出了保护要求,但历史建筑在城镇现代化过程中如何有效保护和创新利用,在理论与实践层面仍然缺乏合理的指导和建议,造成目前历史建筑保护与利用良莠不齐的现实困境。从保护利用的科学性和创新性两个方面,尝试探讨其保护利用的方法、技术策略,提出真实性、整体性仍然是历史建筑保护利用的基本准则和道德底线。

＂The Regulations on the Protection of the Historic and Cultural City,Town,Village＂ implemented on July 1st 2008 defines the statutory meaning of ＂Historic Buildings＂,and grants them more flexibility on their conservation than cultural relics.But it is still lack of reasonable guidance and advices for the effective conservation and innovation of historic buildings under urban modernization,which is also the cause of the predicament of uneven effects to them in reality.The paper discusses the method and technology strategies of scientific conservation and innovative use of Historic Buildings,and stresses authenticity and integrity are the basic principles and moral requirements.
