Methods of designing mine hoist room and lifting machine foundation are presented, with focus on discussing architectural layout of the hoist house, structure, basic design, hoist based stress characteristics, stability checking and stability coefficient, and the general provisions of the hoisting machine foundation design,which can be a reference for designers.
