摘要
对新疆某铀矿床钻孔取样,进行矿物学研究和室内酸法搅拌浸出、柱浸出试验研究。结果表明:该矿样中黄铁矿及钙、镁和CO2质量分数均较高,矿石中的铀主要以四价形式存在,浸出时,需要加入氧化剂,且酸耗较高;采用硫酸加氧化剂,搅拌浸出和柱浸的铀浸出率均超过85%,酸耗大于10%。此研究结果对该铀矿床开发利用具有一定的参考价值。
The mineral and chemical compositions of uranium ores from a deposit in Xinjiang were investigated, and acid agitation and column leaching tests were carried out in laboratory. The results showed that there was pyrite in ores, and contents of calcium, magnesium and carbon dioxide were high. U^ranium existed in ores is mainly in the form of tetravalent. It is necessary to add oxidant and the consumption of acid was high. The uranium leaching rates in agitation and column tests were more than 85% ,and the consumption of sulfuric acid was above 10%. Meanwhile, the results have an important reference value to development of the uranium deposit.
