摘要
未来十年是中国民营企业代际传承的高峰期,随着创业父辈们的退居幕后,第二代将陆续接班。在中国职业经理人市场不成熟的情况下,子承父业的代际传承显得尤为重要。但随着时代的变迁,家族企业家族传承面临诸多难题,特别是那些教育理念落后,家族经济条件弱的家族企业,他们的家族企业代际传承问题更值得关注。本文以民办高等教育的教学改革为背景,提出了关于中小家族企业的代际传承培养方案,值得借鉴。
In the next decade comes the peak of intergenerational succession of family businesses. As entrepreneurship fathers retire, the second generation will gradually take over their enterprise. At present, the professional manager market in China is not mature. Therefore, the son - succeeding - father intergenerational inheritance is particularly important. However, the family business heritage is facing many problems with the change of times, especially for those businesses with backward educational concepts and weak economic conditions. Considering the teaching reform of the private higher education, this article puts forward a training scheme for intergenerational transmission of small and medium sized enterprises.
