Sun Yat-sen's Thinking on “Equality in Land Properties”and Its Revelations to the Land System Dilemma in Present China

我国现行的土地制度在城市化大潮的冲击下弊病丛生,其最为根本的症结在于土地利益的分享缺乏一个公平有效的机制。孙中山的"平均地权"思想发轫于他深切的民生主义关怀,他有感于当时欧美城市化进程导致的贫富不均现象,提出了解决中国未来土地问题的思路。这些思路和方法对破解我国目前的土地困局而言,意义仍然十分巨大。

With the blooming urbanization, many problems have come into being in the current land system of China. The cru- cial reason lies on the unequal land sharing institution. Sun yat - sen＇s thinking on ＂equality in land properties＂ began in his deep consideration of people＇s livelihood. Affected by the inequality phenomenon in the course of urbanization in Europe and A- merica, he proposed a solution to future land problems in China. The thinking and methods of Sun Yat - sen are of great impor- tance to the settlement of the dilemma in current China＇s land system.
