摘要
教师校际交流对促进区域内教师专业发展,提高农村中小学教育水平,推进义务教育均衡发展具有重要意义。当前,城乡中小学教师校际交流有指导式、协作式、协议式和中介式等基本模式。调动交流教师和学校的积极性,增强教师交流的吸引力,发挥教育政策的统筹指导作用,是推进教师校际交流应注意的主要问题。
Intersehool exchange among teachers plays a significant role in promoting teachers professional development, improving teaching quality at rural middle and primary schools and pushing forward the balanced development of the compulsory education. At present, instruction, collaboration, exchanges through agreement and intermediary agencies are some of the popular modes adopted in the interschool exchange among urban and rural middle and primary schools teachers. To arouse the enthusiasm of the exchange teachers and schools involved, to enhance the attraction of the teachers exchange and to bring into play the guidance of educational policy are the key issues to be paid attention to in promoting the interschool exchange among teachers.
