国家实施高校资助政策是保证教育公平的一项重要举措,现行资助政策确实取得了显著成就,但在实施过程中也出现了一些问题。福建省落实高校资助政策的成效:资助规模有所提高,助学政策体系得以健全,学生资助管理机构初步建立。出现的问题有:家庭经济困难学生界定机制不健全,各项资助方式相互间缺乏协调,资助工作内涵相对简单。对策建议:改善家庭经济困难学生的认定制度,加强学生资助工作的统筹管理,拓展资助工作的育人内涵,健全学生资助管理体制。
