第二课堂对高校人才培养工作支撑的思考

通过对第二课堂在高校人才培养中的地位和作用分析,以及当前高校第二课堂教育的现状梳理,研究认为第二课堂存在定位不明确,缺乏统一的指导思想;手段方法单一落后,师资队伍不稳定,缺乏专业指导等问题。应基于应用型创新人才培养目标,全面打造全员育人平台、学生骨干培养平台、校园文化活动平台、科技学术创新平台等平台建设。

through the analysis of the status and role of second classroom in university talents cultivation, as well as the second classroom education in Colleges and universities of combing the present situation, second class in positioning is not clear, the lack of unified guiding ideology; methods of single and backward, instability of the teachers, lack of professional guidance. Should be based on training target of applied innovative talents, to create a comprehensive education platform, student backbone training platform, campus cultural activities, science and technology innovation platform of platform and platform construction.
