The teacher＇ s personal growth and professional learning experience, is an important asset structure of professional knowledge of teachers in teaching. In this paper, the experience, in addition to containing the classroom interaction between teachers and student＇ s experience, and student＇ s learning experience, further explore their learning experience. In the actual teaching experience, teacher experience is an important foundation of personal teaching philosophy in the intangible. This paper discusses a reinterpretation of cross-cultural English teachers＇ professional learning experience through in-depth reflection by the English teachers studying abroad experience, giving ability of active thinking, and exploring the exper/ence behind the deeper meaning.
