摘要
教师的个人成长和专业学习经验,是教师专业知识结构中重要的教学资产。教师专业成长经验,包含课堂上教师与学生互动的经验,学生本身的学习经验,以及教师本身的学习成长经验。在整个教学实际经验当中,教师本身的经验,无形中形成个人教学理念的重要根基。探讨英语教师的跨文化专业学习经验的再诠释,借由英语教师异国求学经验的深入反思,再次赋予主动思考的能力,探索经验背后更深的意义。
The teacher' s personal growth and professional learning experience, is an important asset structure of professional knowledge of teachers in teaching. In this paper, the experience, in addition to containing the classroom interaction between teachers and student' s experience, and student' s learning experience, further explore their learning experience. In the actual teaching experience, teacher experience is an important foundation of personal teaching philosophy in the intangible. This paper discusses a reinterpretation of cross-cultural English teachers' professional learning experience through in-depth reflection by the English teachers studying abroad experience, giving ability of active thinking, and exploring the exper/ence behind the deeper meaning.
