手不同于内脏器官 ,属于人体非生命必需的器官 ,因此异体手移植手术给医者和患者带来新的伦理道德问题。伦理学要求患者必须在精神状态正常的情况下 ,详细了解异体手移植手术的利弊 ,加以权衡后作出决定 。
A limb is a non-vital organ of the boby,so human hand allograft presents new ethical issues at present.The patient must be in good psychological status and be informed of the related knowledge about the outcome of the surgery and the side effects of the immunosuppressants in order to make an appropriate decision.The surgeons going to perform the operation should be self-disciplined.
