个性因素对精神分裂症患者服药依从性影响的研究

Study on the Effect of Character Trait on Medication Compliance of Patients with Schizophrenia

【目的】了解精神分裂症患者的个性N素对服药依从性的影响，为治疗选药及健康宣教提供参考依据，降低复发率。【方法】将符合入组对象的63例缓解期精神分裂症患者，其中依从性好的31例，依从性差的32例，采用卡特尔16种个性因素测验（16PF）进行检测。【结果】依从性差的患者的有恒性、怀疑性均高于依从性好的患者，统计学有显著性差异（P〈O．01）。【结论】个性因素对患者服药依从性有影响，16PF个性N素中有恒性、怀疑性相对偏高的患者，是预防服药依从性差的重点对象，在治疗中可考虑选择长效针剂治疗，在健康宣教方面，让他们充分认识到服药依从性的重性是关键。

[Objective] To understand the influence of character trait on medication compliance of patients with schizophrenia in order to provide the important reference basis for drug selection and health education, and de- crease the recurrence rate. [Methods] A total of 63 patients with schizophrenia in remission stage who fit the stud- y conditions included 3] patients with good compliance and 32 patients with poor compliance. All patients were tested by 16 personality factors questionnaire（16PF）. [Results] The scores of persistence and suspicion in patients with poor compliance were higher than those in patients with good compliance, and there was significant difference （ P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Character trait has the impact on medication compliance of patients. Patients with high scores of persistence and suspicion of 16PF character traits are major objects of poor medication compliance which should be prevented, Long-term drug injection should be chosen for the treatment. In health education, it is the key to let them fully realize the importance of medication compliance.
