摘要
【目的】探讨先天性肾积水患儿血清中胱抑素C(CysC)、β2微球蛋白(β2—MG)、α1-MG表达及临床意义。【方法】采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELSIA)检测先天性肾积水患儿术前及术后血清CysC、β2—MG、α1-MG水平,并与同期128例体检正常小儿对照组比较。【结果】先天性肾积水患儿血清中CysC、β2—MG、α1-MG水平随着积水程度的加重而增高,轻、中、重度肾积水患儿与对照组比较,血清中CysC、β2—MG、α1-MG水平均有显著性差异,病情越重差异越大(P〈O.05,P〈0.01);肾积水经肾盂成形术治疗后,血清中CysC、β2-MG、α1-MG水平逐渐下降,与术前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈O.05),与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉O.05)。【结论】血清CvsC、β2-MG、α1-MG联合检测可作为小儿先天性肾积水术前及术后肾功能评价的常规指标。
[Objective] To explore the value of serum CysC, β2-MG and α1-MG in pediatric patients with con- genital hydronephrosis and its significance. [Methods] Serum levels of CysC, β2-MG and α1-MG in pediatric patients with congenital hydronephrosis before and after operation were determined and compared with control group. [Re- sults] Serum levels of Cys C, β2-MG and α1-MG in pediatric patients with congenital hydronephrosis increased with the aggravation of hydronephrosis. There were significant differences in serum levels of Cys C, β2-MG and α1-MG be- tween patients with mild and moderate hydronephrosis and control group( P 〈0.05). There were significant differ- ences in serum levels of Cys C, β2-MG and α1-MG between patients with severe hydronephrosis and control group( P 〈0.01). Compared with before operation, serum levels of Cys C, β2-MG and α1-MG after nephropyelopolasty de- creased gradually, and there was significant difference( P 〈0.05). Compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant( P 〉0.05). [Conclusion] Combination detection of serum CysC, β2-MG and α1-MG can be used as a routine index for the evaluation of renal function in pediatric patient congenital hydronephrosis before and after operation.
