甲真菌患者用药依从性调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Medication Compliance in Patients with Onychomycosis

【目的】探讨甲真菌病患者的用药依从性及影响因素。【方法】回顾性分析本院皮肤科就诊的甲真菌病患者临床资料，分析患者用药依从性与性别、年龄、文化程度、职业等的相关性。【结果1434例患者按时按量服药者占21．7％（94／434），依从性差的占84．3％（340／434）；其中患者的性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、病程、治疗效果不佳、有不良反应、疗程长和忘记用药与患者依从性相关（P〈O．05），而患甲部位、知识掌握程度、不方便取药与患者依从性不相关（P〉0．05）；患者获取甲真菌病及相关药物知识主来源于医务工作者347例（80．0％）。【结论】甲真菌病患者用药依从性差，因此医务工作者应根据具体情况对患者进行针对性教育，提高患者的用药依从性。

[Objectivel To explore the medication compliance in patients with onychomycosis and its influ- ential factors. [[Methods] Clinical data of patients with onychomycosis in dermatology department of our hospi- tal were analyzed retrospectively. The relationship of medication compliance with gender, age, education and occupation of patients were analyzed. [Results] The rate of good medication compliance was 15. 7%, while that of bad medication compliance was 84.3 %. Medication compliance of patients was correlated with gender, age, education, occupation, disease duration, poor treatment effect, adverse reactions, long treatment course and oblivious medication（ P 〈0.05）, but not correlated with sick place, knowledge level and inconvenient to get the medicine（ P 〉0.05）. A total of 347 patients（80.0%） got the knowledge about onychomycosis and tel evant drugs from medical workers. [Conclusion] Patients with onychomycosis have poor medication compli- ance, so medical workers should try their best to educate the patients based on the specific circumstances in or- der to improve the medication compliance of patients.
