氯沙坦对冠心病患者室性心律失常的影响

Effect of Losartan on Ventricular Arrhythmia in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

【目的】探讨氯沙坦对冠心病患者室性心律失常的影响。【方法】取本院心内科于2009～2012年门诊及住院收治的冠心病合并室性心律失常患者160例作为研究对象，根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组及观察组，每组各80例患者，比较两组患者的治疗效果及室性心律失常改变情况。【结果】观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组患者，且差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；观察组患者接受治疗后的室性心律失常发生次数明显少于对照组患者，PR间期较对照组明显延长，QRS波时限明显缩短，且差异有显著性（P〈o．05）。【结论】氯沙坦治疗冠心病室性心律失常患者，可以明显提高治疗效果，改善患者的心律失常。

[Objective] To explore the effect of losartan on ventricular arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease. [Methods] A total of 60 outpatients and inpatients with coronary heart disease and ventricular arrhythmia in cardiology department of our hospital from 2009 to 2012 were enrolled in the study. According to the treatment methods, all patients were divided into control group and observation group with 80 patients in each. The efficacy and the improvement of ventricular arrhytbmia were compared between two groups. [ResultslThe efficacy of observation group was obviously better than control group, and there was significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. The incidence of ventricular arrhythmia in observation group after treatment was obvi- ously lower than that in control group, but PR interval was prolonged and QRS wave duration was shortened obviously, and there were significant differences（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Losartan for the treatment of ven- tricular arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease patients can markedly increase the efficacy and im- prove arrhythmia of patients.
