侦查情报交换机制研究

Investigative Information Exchange Mechanism

侦查情报交换是一种特殊的情报信息搜集方法，它可以挖掘隐藏于社会中的犯罪情报，减少公安机关的人力、物力投入，提高其打击犯罪的效能。因此，开展侦查情报交换机制研究须从四个方面着手：一是界定侦查情报交换的概念，确定研究的基准；二是论述侦查情报交换的合理性与合法性；三是分析侦查情报交换的内容；四是探讨侦查情报交换的管理。

Investigative information exchange is a special way of gathering information and is applied to some cases of specific value. This paper will discuss the following four aspects： 1. the concept and research standard of investigative information exchange 2. the rationality and legitimacy of investigative information exchange 3. the content of exchange 4. the management of information exchange. This research is expected to provide reference to the work of public security practice.
