摘要
在填料塔中展开了氨水捕集微富氧燃烧下烟气中CO2实验研究,研究了CO2浓度、氨水浓度、氨水流量、填料高度等主要因素对脱除率的影响。结果表明:当氨水浓度为4%时,CO2浓度分别为15%和35%时,脱除率几乎相同;氨水浓度越高,脱除率越高;当氨水流量为0.4 L/min,脱除率最高;填料越多,脱除率越高。该实验结果对微富氧燃烧下烟气中氨法脱碳经济性分析有一定参考价值。
In this paper,experimental studies on removal of CO 2 from oxy-enrich combustion flue gas by aqueous ammonia in a packed column were carried out.Effects of different operating and design parameters on CO 2 removal efficiency,including concentration of CO 2,concentration of aqueous ammonia,aqueous ammonia flow rate,and packing height,were investigated.The research results show that: under 4% concentration of aqueous ammonia,and when CO 2 concentration is 15%,35% respectively,the removal efficiency is nearly the same;improving concentration of aqueous ammonia can increase removal efficiency of CO 2;when flow rate of aqueous ammonia is 0.4 L/min,the removal efficiency is the highest;increasing packing height can improve removal efficiency of CO 2.The research results have reference value for economic analysis of CO 2 capture from oxy-enrich combustion flue gas by aqueous ammonia.
