摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT尿路造影(MSCTU)在泌尿系统结石诊断中的应用价值。方法对43例临床综合确诊的泌尿系统结石患者螺旋CT尿路造影资料行回顾性分析。结果 43例患者中肾盂结石22例,输尿管结石18例,膀胱结石3例,输尿管阴性结石3例,肾脏先天畸形2例。多层螺旋CT尿路造影可以清晰、准确显示结石位置、大小、形态和其他继发性改变。结论多层螺旋CT尿路成像是一种全面和有效的泌尿系统影像学检查技术。
Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice computer tomography urography （MSCTU） in the diagnosis of urinary calculus. Methods 43 cases of urinal calculi which were confirmed by clinically were collected. All the MSCTU characters were analyzed retrospectively. Results In these cases, 22 cases of them were calculi in renal pelvis, 18 cases of them were cal- culi in ureter, 3 cases of them were calculi in urinary bladder, 2 cases of them were congenital malformation, 3 cases of them were ureteral non-opaque calculus. Conclusion The MSCTU is an affective and comprehensive technique in diagnosis of urinary calculus.
