右美托咪啶在临床麻醉中应用研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 右美托咪啶属于一种高效以及高选择性的α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,主要产生镇痛与镇静等方面的功能作用,以其高临床功效而得到了较为广泛的应用,已经在神经外科手术麻醉、儿科麻醉、心外科等领域获得了较为成功的应用。本文主要对右美托咪啶的临床应用进展进行了综述,旨在为右美托咪啶在临床麻醉的应用提供一定的依据。
