摘要
为了全方位提升工作和服务质量,医院需进一步向病人提供优质、高效、安全、规范的服务,从而达到现代医院管理要求,本文结合自己近几年在中心药房的工作实践,浅谈我院中心药房工作的几项人性化改进。
In order to improve comprehensive work and service quality, our hospital should further provide high quality, efficient, safe and standardized services to the patients, and further achieve the modern ho the center pharmacy, sp th ital management requirements.
