摘要
首先对东莞市的特殊市情及管线动态更新工作中的难点进行了分析,进而从法律制度、部门章程、联动机制、数据标准及数据共享等5个方面提出了地下管线动态更新机制建设的若干对策,并结合东莞实际给出了配套的实施措施,确保更新机制的实施效果。
In this article,the special conditions of Dongguan and the difficulties of dynamic updating for underground pipeline data were analyzed at first,and then several suggestions about law,department regulation,interactive mechanism,data standard and data sharing for the mechanism construction were put forward.According to the reality of Dongguan,assorted measures were also given to guarantee the effect of the implementation.
