摘要 目的:针对医院污水水质特点进行达标排放,防止污染环境和危害人类健康。方法:通过测定医院污水水质成分并进行分析研究,采用水解酸化+生物接触氧化+ClO2组合工艺处理综合性医院污水。结果:工程实践结果表明,出水水质指标CODCr、BOD5、SS、NH3-N分别为39.3mg/L、18.5mg/L、20.2mg/L、6.3mg/L,类大肠菌群数为68.0cfu/L,pH值为7.2,均优于污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)的一级标准限值。结论:该工艺系统运行稳定,处理效果良好,能够完全杀灭致病微生物及病毒且处理成本较低,适合应用于医院污水处理。 Objective: According to the characteristics of hospital sewage quality, it must be qualified to the standard so that it can prevent environment pollution and human health damage. Methods: The ingredients of hospital wastewater were detected and analyzed. The comprehensive treatment was used by Hydrolytic Acidification combined with Biological Contact Oxidation and ClO2 combination processing. Results: Engineering results showed that COD Cr , BOD5 , SS, NH3-N were 39.3mg/L, 18.5mg/L, 20.2mg/L, 6.3mg/L respectively, the class colorectal flora number and pH were 68.0/L, 7.2 respectively, They were higher than standard value of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996). Conclusion: The advantages of system were stable operation, eliminating pathogenic microorganisms and viruses completely, good effects and lower processing costs. The process was suitable for the treatment of hospital wastewater.
