摘要
目的:探讨DRX-1无线平板探测器在改装床旁摄影检查中重要的临床应用价值。方法:收集我院接受移动计算机X线摄影(CR)和改装移动数字X线摄影(DR)检查的患者各160例,对2种设备在床旁摄影检查中的应用效果进行对比分析。结果:改装床旁摄影DR易于辐射防护,其射线剂量相对减少,影像质量明显提高;影像预览和延时曝光功能使床旁摄影检查更加高效、方便和灵活。结论:DRX-1无线平板探测器在改善床旁摄影工作流程的同时,使床旁检查操作更加高效灵活,可有效提高医院的服务质量,加速医学影像信息化建设的步伐。
Objective： To investigate the clinical value of the DRX-1 wireless flat panel detector modification bedside photography check. Methods： One hundred and sixty patients with various types of methods collected in our hospital accepted of mobile CR and modification mobile DR check. Comparative analysis on the results of two kind of machines was conducted. Results： Modified bedside Photography DR is easier protection, less ray dose relative, better imaging, exposure image preview and delay function checks more efficient, convenient, flexible bedside photography; Conclusion： Wireless flat panel detector Conclusion RX-1 can improve bedside photography workflow, operate more conveniently and efficiently, it also can improve the quality of hospital services, accelerate medical imaging information construction.
