摘要
目的:探讨网络附加存储技术(NAS)应用于影像归档与传输系统(PACS)中的实现方法。方法:以单一DICOM传输进程方式,分别从PACS中调取4种不同类型的影像检查各500例,测量计算出图像调取速率;以多个DICOM传输进程方式,分5组从PACS中调取相同的影像检查各500例,计算出图像调取速率。比较单一传输进程与多个传输进程的结果。结果:在单一传输进程的情况下,影像可以实现快速调取,数字化X射线图像可以实现1~3s内完成单个检查的调取,CT与MRI图像可以实现30~40/s幅的调取速度。当多个传输进程同时进行时,单幅图像的平均调取时间随着传输进程的增加或减少而保持基本稳定。结论:使用NAS技术作为PACS拥有快速而稳定的性能表现。
Objective: To explore the approach of NAS (Network attached storage) method in PACS application. Methods: With a single DICOM transport processes, 500 cases of imaging examination in four different types were obtained from PACS filing system and the retrieval rate was measured. In a plurality of DICOM transmission process, five groups were divided from PACS file system with the same imaging information of the 500 cases and measured image retrieval rate. The results of single transmission process and a plurality of transmission process were compared. Results: In a single transmission process in the case of image retrieval, the speedy retrieval could be achieve within 1 to 3 seconds to complete a single check access digital X-ray image. CT and MRI images could be achieved at 30-40 web access speed. While a plurality of the transport process occurred at the same time, the average access time of single image maintained stable with transmission process. Conclusion: The usage of NAS technology as PACS file system storage can be fast and stable.
