目的:探讨Excel电子表格在医用耗材管理及供应商资质文件管理中的应用。方法:采用Excel电子表格建立"医用耗材供应商资质管理文件"工作簿,利用Excel电子表格具有的数据存储和函数处理功能,对供应商各种资质的有效期进行统计分析,以实现各种资质有效期的预警。结果:通过对Excel电子表格的应用,节省了工作时间,提高了工作效率。结论:Excel电子表格在医用耗材管理工作中具有良好的应用效果。

Objective： To explore the application of Excel spreadsheets in medical consumable management and supplier qualification file management. Methods： To establish medical consumable supplier qualification management document in Excel spreadsheet which with data storage and function processing. All kinds of the period of validity of the qualifications can be collected and analyzed for the early warning of validity. Results： Using Excel spreadsheet can save the working time and increase the work efficiency. Conclusion： Excel spreadsheet has good applied effect in medical consumable management work.
