超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统在乳腺肿瘤中的应用 被引量:19

摘要 目的:探讨在超声引导下麦默通(Mammotome)微创旋切系统对乳腺肿瘤的诊断和治疗的临床应用价值。方法:对515例乳腺肿瘤患者在实时超声引导下运用Mammotome旋切系统进行微创旋切术,并对515例乳腺肿瘤患者的700个病灶进行分析。结果:510例患者的695个良性病灶被准确完全切除,每个肿物的平均切除时间为25min,平均旋切次数为9次。5例患者的5个恶性病灶获得病理诊断后及时进行化疗及手术。结论:Mammotome微创旋切系统操作简易、安全且损伤小,是乳腺肿瘤诊断和治疗的有效方法。超声在Mammotome微创旋切术中起到了关键性的引导作用。 Objective: To discuss the clinical diagnosis and treatment value of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive mammotome system in breast tumor cases. Methods: Five hundred and fifteen cases with breast tumor undertook the realtime ultrasound-guided Mammotome excision and 700 lesions of 515 patients were analyzed. Results: Six hundred and ninty-five benign breast lesions of 510 patients were resected completely. Each mass spent 25 minutes with 9 peelings on average. The 5 malignant lesions of 5 patients were treated by chemo-therapy and operation after histological check. Conclusion: The Mammotome Vacuum Device is an effective procedure to diagnose and treat breast tumors because of its simplicity, safety, and invasiveness. The ultrasound played a key guidance role in using the minimally invasive Mammotome.
