摘要
对某型货车白车身进行了静刚度和模态试验测试,得到了该货车的弯曲刚度、扭转刚度和各阶固有频率。通过分析试验结果可知,弯曲刚度曲线连续变化,没有出现突变,其参数可作为新车设计参考;车身扭转刚度偏低,新车开发时需要进一步提高;该车的整车频率分布较为合理,低阶动态特性良好,整车NVH设计时应对驾驶室进行减振降噪。
Static and dynamic characteristic tests were made to a truck BIW, bending stiffness, torsional stiffness and each order natural frequency were got. By analyzing test results, we know that bending stiffness curve was continuous change with no mutation, its parameters could be used as reference for new vehicle design; body has low torsional stiffness, which needs to be improved in new vehicle development; the vehicle frequency has reasonable distribution, it has fairly good low-order dynamic characteristic. Cab damping noise reduction shall be carried out for the vehicle NVH design.
