摘要 根据人机工程学对轿车变速换挡机构所提出的换挡力和换挡行程要求,针对某款自动挡轿车的换挡力过大问题进行原因分析。通过FTA方法对整个变速系统的影响因素逐一研究,确定换挡机构本身换挡力大是主要原因。通过换挡机构的换挡行程和换挡力计算校核和换挡机构自身结构分析,对杠杆比、梯形齿挡位角度提出优化建议,优化后的换挡机构的换挡力经过试验验证符合要求。 According to the requirements of shift force and shift schedule for car gear-shift operation system based on human engineering, the problem of big shift force is analyzed in this paper. Through study to the variable factors of gear-shift operation system with FTA method, it's determined that the gear-shift operation system has big shift force is the main reason. Through calculating the shifting schedule and shifting force of gear-shift operation system and analysis to the shifting mechanism itself, the leverage ratio and the angle of trapezoid tooth should be optimized. The optimized shift force meets the requirements after test.
