厌氧水解与MSBR组合工艺处理以抗生素类制药为主的混合工业废水研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用厌氧水解与MSBR组合工艺处理了某工业区以抗生素类制药生产废水为主混合工业废水,介绍了该工艺的设计和工程运行结果。结果表明,混合工业废水经厌氧水解+MSBR工艺处理后出水各项指标达到GB8978-1996((污水综合排放标准》的二级排放标准,并且该工艺处理效果稳定可靠,运行成本较低。 The process of anaerobic hydrolysis and MSBR was used to treat mixed antibiotic pharmaceutical industrial wastewater in a certain industrial area.The process and the operation results were introduced.The results showed that this mixed industrial wastewater treated by the process of anaerobic hydrolysis and MSBR achieved Level 2 standard of comprehensive emissions standard for sewage(GB8978-1996).Simultaneously,the treatment effect of this process was stable and reliable with low running costs.
