活体肝移植术后肿瘤复发机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 终末期肝病是指各种原因引起的急性或慢性肝病,已进人应用其他内外科方法无法治愈、预计在短期内难以避免死亡的阶段。原发性肝癌(肝癌)是一种恶性程度很高的肝脏肿瘤,其预后差,同样可进展为终末期肝病。原位肝移植是目前公认治疗包括肝癌在内的终末期肝病的重要手段。
