紫云英还田量对稻田土壤微生物数量及活度的影响 被引量:15

摘要 采用田间小区试验,进行了紫云英不同翻压量对水稻不同生育期的土壤微生物数量和微生物活度的影响研究。结果表明,紫云英还田显著提高土壤微生物数量。以紫云英22 500 kg.hm-2配施当地大田化肥用量70%处理的土壤微生物数量最多;紫云英还田使土壤好气性细菌、真菌数量增加,放线菌数量减少。在早稻分蘖盛期好气性细菌,真菌数量升到最大,放线菌数量降到最低;紫云英翻压还田能提高微生物活度。以紫云英22 500 kg.hm-2配施当地大田化肥用量70%处理的微生物活度最强。 Field experiments were carried out to investigate effects of different incorporation of Astragalu sinicus on soil microbial quantity and microbial activity at different growth stages of rice.The results showed that the quantity of microbial in paddy soil were improved significantly by returning of Astragalus sinicus,and it was highest in the treatment with 22 500 kg.hm-2 Astragalus sinicus returning with 70% amounts of chemical fertilizers;Soil fungi and aerobic bacteria increased while actinomycetes decreased after Astragalus sinicus returning.When early rice at maximum tillering stage,the quantities of aerobic bacteria and fungi went up to maximum.However,the number of actinomyces went down to minimum;Astragalus sinicus returning could enhance microbial activity.Microbial activity was highest in the treatment with 22 500 kg.hm-2 Astragalus sinicus return with 70% amounts of chemical fertilizers.
