HPV基因分型检测在汕尾地区宫颈癌筛查中的运用情况研究

Study on the application situation of HPV genotyping assay in the cervical cancer screening in Shanwei area

目的探讨HPV基因分型检测在汕尾地区宫颈癌筛查中的运用效果与价值。方法随机选取2012年1月～2013年3月汕尾地区的2000例育龄妇女为研究对象,将其分别采用液基薄层细胞学检测(TCT)及人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)法进行检测,然后将两种方法的特异性、敏感性、阳性和阴性预测值进行比对,并分析HPV检测中中国常见10种分型的检出率及其与宫颈癌的相关性。结果 HPV法检测的特异性、敏感性、阳性和阴性预测值均高于TCT,且HPV16、18、31、33、52、53和58等分型与宫颈癌有密切的相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HPV基因分型检测在汕尾地区宫颈癌筛查中的运用效果与价值好于TCT,且分析显示HPV16、18、31、33、52、53和58与宫颈癌有密切的相关性,故应给予其充分的重视与干预。

Objective To study the application effect and value of HPV genotyping assay in the cervical cancer screening in Shanwei area.Methods 2000 fertile women in Shanwei area from January 2012 to March 2013 were randomly selected as research object,and they were respectively detected with TCT and HPV method,then the sensitivity,specificity,positive and negative predictive values of two methods were compared,and the detection rate and their cor rection to the cervical carcinoma of 10 common types of HPV detection in China were analyzed.Results The sensitivity,specificity,positive and negative predictive values of HPV detection were all higher than those of TCT detection,and the HPV16,18,31,33,52,53 and 58 all had closed correction to the cervical carcinoma,there were all significant differences（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The application effect and value of HPV genotyping assay in the cervical cancer screen ing in Shanwei area are better than those of TCT detection,and the analysis shows that the HPV16,18,31,33,52,53 and 58 had closed correction to the cervical carcinoma,so it should be paid enough attention and intervention.
