血液灌流对重症有机磷农药中毒患者的临床效果观察

Clinical efficacy observation of hemoperfusion on patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的观察血液灌流(HP)对重症毒物中毒患者的治疗效果。方法收集本院2009年8月～2012年12月收治的68例重度有机磷农药中毒患者的临床资料,将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组34例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上行HP治疗,回顾性分析患者的胆碱酯酶恢复时间、昏迷清醒时间、机械通气时间。结果治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组胆碱酯酶恢复时间、昏迷清醒时间、机械通气时间相比于对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论重症有机磷农药中毒患者在常规治疗的基础上加用HP治疗,能明显缩短胆碱酯酶恢复时间、昏迷清醒时间、机械通气时间,早期进行HP治疗更有益。

Objective To observe the curative effects of hemoperfusion（HP） on treating patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods The clinical data from 68 patients with severe organicphosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted into our hospital from August 2009 to December 2012 were evenly divided into two groups.In control group,conventional therapy was provided,on the basis of the control group,HP was added to the treatment group.The recovery time of cholinesterase,waking time from coma,and mechanical ventilation time were retrospectively analyzed.Results The cure rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Moreover,in the treatment group,the recovery time of cholinesterase,waking time from coma,and mechanical ventilation time were shorter than those in the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with severe organicphosphorus pesticide poisoning,besides the conventional therapy,additional application of HP can remarkably shorten the recovery time of cholinesterase,waking time from coma,and mechanical ventilation time.It will be more beneficial to patients if HP is implemented at an early stage.
