穴位注射结合布地奈德吸入治疗急性会厌炎的临床分析

The clinical analysis of point injection combining with aerosol inhalation of budesonide in the treatment of acute epiglottitis

目的探讨人迎穴注射抗感染药物结合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗急性会厌炎的疗效。方法选择临床确诊的急性会厌炎成年患者22例,用12号注射针头取双侧人迎穴分等量垂直进针注射硫酸庆大霉素40000U+地塞米松5.0mg+利多卡因0.2ml,深1.5cm行封闭注射,2次/d;然后雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液1mg,2次/d。结果 22例患者全部治愈,痊愈时间最短2d,最长7d,平均4.1d。结论人迎穴注射抗感染药物结合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗急性会厌炎效果良好。

Objective To explore the effect of renying point injection with anti-infective agents combining with aerosol inhalation of budesonide in the treatment of acute epiglottitis.Methods 22 adult patients with definite diagnosis of acute epiglottitis were selected.They were treated by bilateral renying points with injecta of gentamicin 40 000 U,dexamethasone 5.0 mg,and lidocaine 0.2 ml in equal dosage,which was in a perpendicular way by 12th gauge needle.The needle insertion reached the depth of 1.5 cm in seal and twice per day.Then,the aerosol inhalation of 1 mg budesonide suspension was added twice a day.Results The participants were all cured.The shortest treatment course lasted 2 days,while the longest was 7 days,on average of 4.1 days.Conclusion Renying point injection with anti-infective agents combining with aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension in the treatment of acute epiglottitis can obtain a favorable effect.
