天麻钩藤饮联合西药治疗原发性高血压50例

Tianmagouteng decoction(TGD) combined western medicine in treatment of 50 cases of essential hypertension

目的探讨天麻钩藤饮联合西药治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法将100例原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组50例,用硝苯地平缓释片治疗,治疗组50例,在对照组治疗基础上加用天麻钩藤饮加减治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率为76.0%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天麻钩藤饮联合西药治疗原发性高血压疗效较好,副作用少,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of TGD combined with western medicine in treatment of essential hypertension.Methods 100 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,namely the treatment group and the control group,50 cases in the control group were given nifedipine treatment,50 cases in treatment group were given TGD therapy based on the control group.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.0%,and that was 76.0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion TGD combined with western medicine in treatment of essential hypertension has a good effect,side effect is less,worthy of promotion.
