中药足浴与前列地尔用于糖尿病足坏疽的效果比较

Effect comparison of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and alprostadil in treatment of diabetic foot gangrene

目的比较中药足浴与前列地尔治疗糖尿病足坏疽的疗效。方法选择2010年2月～2012年4月来本就诊的糖尿病足坏疽患者56例,分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用中药足浴治疗,对照组采用前列地尔10μg加入250ml0.9%生理盐水中静脉滴注。结果观察组总有效率(89.3%)明显高于对照组(71.4%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应明显少于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药足浴治疗糖尿病足坏疽效果优于前列地尔,值得推广。

Objective To observe and compare the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and alprostadil in treatment of diabetic foot gangrene（DIGF）.Methods 56 patients with DIGF in our hospital from February 2010 to April 2012 were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given Chinese medicine foot bath.The control group was given alprostadil 10 μg＋0.9% physiological saline 250 ml ivgtt.Results The total effective rate of observation group（89.3%） was higher than that of control group（71.4%）,there was significant difference between two groups（P＆lt;0.05）.The adverse reaction rate of observation group was less than that of control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath is better than alprostadil in treatment of DIGF,is worthy of Promotion.
