门诊药房是医院服务患者重要的窗口之一,提高药房调剂工作效率、效能十分重要。本文通过对本院药房工作效率、效能低下的现状进行调查、分析,找出了一系列阻碍药房工作效率、效能正常发挥的不利因素,并对比找出适合对其优化、整合的方法和措施并加以整改、平衡,再经过观察、筛选选出本院药房工作效率及效能提升行之有效的办法和措施加以落实,使本院药房工作的总体质量得到了极大提高,完成了提高本院经济效益的同时赢得社会效益的目标,实现了两者的和谐、统一。

Outpatient pharmacy is one of the important windows in hospital service,it is necessary to improve the work efficiency and usefulness in pharmacy dispensing.The paper found out a series of adverse factors of pharmacy working efficiency and usefulness according to the investigation and analysis;The pharmacy department should take effective methods after optimizing and integrating the measures,screen out the arrangement to enhance the overall quality of the pharmacy work,achieve the aim on economic effectiveness and social benefit,make the both sides harmonious and centralized.
