支架术治疗冠心病的效果观察

Effect observation of observe the of treating coronary heart disease with stenting

目的探讨支架术治疗冠心病(CHD)的临床效果。方法选取某院2011年1月～2012年12月收治的126例行支架术治疗的CHD患者为研究对象,回顾性分析其病理,并在患者行支架术后半年内不定期回访,统计分析患者的术后康复情况。结果患者术后病情得到明显改善,恢复率为99.21%(显效率为53.97%,好转率为35.71%,恢复一般率为9.52%)。结论支架术治疗CHD疗效显著,能够有效提高患者的生命质量,是临床治疗CHD的有效途径。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating coronary heart disease with stenting.Methods 126 patients with coronary heart disease who received stenting from January 2011 to December 2012 in certain hospital were selected as study object and their pathology were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were also occasionally visited within 6 months after stenting surgery;their postoperative rehabilitation was statistically analyzed.Results The condition of patients was significantly improved after surgery,the recovery rate of patients was 99.21%（the success rate was 53.97%,the improvement rate was 35.71%,the general recovery rate was 9.52%.Conclusion For coronary heart disease,the stenting has significant therapeutic effect,and it can effectively improve the life quality of patients.It is the effective way to treat coronary heart disease clinically.
