摘要
目的探讨基底节区高血压脑出血微创穿刺引流治疗的可行性,分析治疗效果。方法对96例基底节区高血压脑出血患者行微创穿刺引流治疗。结果存活85例,肢体瘫痪1周内好转38例,3周内好转41例,11例死亡。结论基底节区高血压脑出血微创穿刺引流治疗操作安全、简便,创伤小,疗效可靠。
Objective To explore the feasibility of minimally invasive drainage in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia caused by hypertension and analyze the therapeutic effects.Methods 96 hypertension patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia were undergone the minimally invasive drainages.Results Among them,85 patients survived.The number of improvement of limb paralysis within one week and within 3 weeks was 38 and 41 respectively.Conclusion The minimally invasive drainage in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia due to hypertension can obtain a reliable effect at advantages of safe operation,simplicity and little wound.
