Progress on Nursing Care of Postoperative Complications of Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy for Prostate Cancer

腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术是近年发展起来的微创外科新技术,已成为局限性前列腺癌根治术的首选方法之一。本文对腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术的发展、手术适应症、禁忌症、手术方式、术后常见并发症及其护理进展进行综述,旨在为腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术治疗患者的护理提供参考。

s： Laparoscopic radical prostatectomy is a new technology of minimally mvasive surgery developed in recent years. It has become one of the preferred methods of radical prostatectomy for localized prostate cancer. In this review, we summarized the development oflaparoscopic radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer, as well as its operation indications, contraindicatiom, operation type, common postoperative complications and nursing interventions, in order to provide an instruction in nursing of patients who had accepted radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer by hparoscopic.
