目的探讨活化部分凝血活酶时间 (APTT)的标准化问题。方法采用 6种市售进口试剂检测不同水平凝血因子 、 、 、 及不同肝素水平血浆的 APTT。结果不同 APTT试剂对含不同水平凝血因子血浆及肝素的敏感度不同。APTT的结果若以秒表示 ,同组标本不同试剂的结果有显著的差异。若以比值报告 ,结果无显著性差异。结论不同的检测目的宜选用不同 APTT试剂 ;测定结果以

Objective To approach the problem of activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) standardization. Methods (1)APTT of different plasma level of factor Ⅷ,Ⅸ,Ⅺ,ⅩⅡ as well as heparin were measured using 6 current available imported reagents. Results (1)The sensitivity of APTT reagents varied with different levels of plasma coagulation factors. (2)The APTT values of the same sample showed significant variation using different reagents if they were expressed as seconds; while the results were reported as the APTT ratio, no significant difference was found. Conclusions (1)Appropriate reagents should be applied according to the measurement status. (2) It is better to express the results as ratio values.
